Green Chiles

(1 )Large Can of Whole Green Chiles
1/4 Cup Cider Vinegar
1/4 Cup Canola Oil
(1) Tablespoon Oregano
3 or 4 Garlic Cloves
1/2 Teaspoon Salt

Drain can of green chilies. Take out seeds and strings. Chop in 1/4 inch size. In bowl combine all of the ingredients. Serve with Saltine Crackers and Cheese.
