Peanut Blossoms

PEANUT BUTTER BLOSSOM COOKIES

1 3/4 c. flour 1 tsp. soda 1/2 c. butter 1/2 c. peanut butter 1/2 c. white sugar 1/2 c. packed brown sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 1 egg Chocolate kisses Sift together the flour and soda. Cream together the butter and peanut butter. Gradually add the sugars to the creamed mixture. Cream well. Add 1 egg and the vanilla. Combine with the flour mixture and beat well. Roll into small balls and place on a cookie sheet. Bake at 275 degrees for 9-10 minutes. Remove from the oven and push a chocolate kiss into the middle of each cookie.
